Rental Options

• Rentals are available on Sunday afternoons, after our normal operating hours, 2:00pm.
• There is a non-refundable, $50 dollar deposit. It will be subtracted from rental fee at time of payment, barring any damage or non-compliance with rental agreement. 
• If requesting Barista(s) for your event, there is an additional 20% gratuity on all beverage and food items purchased from Mocha Lisa. This goes directly to your barista(s) in full! 

$100- Picnic-style under the Pergola, and garden usage with outdoor tables and chairs.  (No electricity, no bathrooms.)

$200- Pergola and garden usage with outdoor tables and chairs. Entry to the coffeehouse for bathroom usage. 

$300- Coffeehouse dining rooms, (indoor capacity 30 people) and attached deck for more seating. 

$400- Coffeehouse dining rooms (indoor capacity 30 people)and attached deck for more seating. Pergola and garden usage included. 

**Recommended planning times: arrive at 2:00 pm to start setting up, start your engagement at 3:00pm, and completion of event no later than 6:00pm.**
